Crosspoint Real Estate closes two new high-street retail lease transactions, in prime Downtown Bucharest areas.
Transactions sizes amount to 1.000 sqm, Crosspoint Real Estate having been assigned as Landlord representative for the two high – street spaces.
Both transactions aim as objective the inauguration in the next period of two concept of urban stores.
