In an in-depth analysis on the local constructions market, published in the July – August edition of BURSA Constructiilor, Codrin Matei, managing partner with Crosspoint Investment Banking & Real Estate, states that, after a long period in which the constructions market stagnated, he expects a sum of new projects, both on residential and on office and commercial segments, to be announced in the following period.
