Bucharest, December 8, 2025 — Crosspoint has successfully advised SEWS-E (Sumitomo Electric Wiring Systems – Europe) on the lease of a new built-to-suit facility in Deva, securing a 1,500 sqm warehouse tailored to fully support their logistics operations.
The facility provides modern and efficient logistics space, featuring customized warehouse solutions, dedicated loading areas, and integrated office spaces—developed in close collaboration with the SEWS team.
