NEPI Rockcastle recently launched its first residential project in its portfolio, through the new division – NEPI Residential. The exclusive sales partner is Crosspoint Real Estate, who estimates that the new residential compound – Vulcan Residence in September 13 area – will be fully sold in a year and a half.
The developer has already announced the start of the construction which will be finished by the second half of 2023.
