A group of companies held by real estate investors and developers joins the premium tenants gallery in the new Ethos House office building (Floreasca, Bucharest) and leases a ~ 1.000 sq.m. space – the entire 6th floor of the building. The transaction was closed by Crosspoint Real Estate.
The space (net surface – 917,18 sq. m.) also includes 17 parking spaces and it was leased for a 5 years period.

For the beginning, the space will accommodate a number of 30 employees – we shall announce following developments in the company`s activity”, states Geo Margescu, Partner, Six Management, one of the real estate investments companies that signed for the space in Ethos House.
Ethos House building, located near Floreasca Lake, in the proximity of Promenada mall, is one of the most recent real estate developments on premium office buildings segment and it differentiates through a special architecture, inspired from elements of the Florentine Renaissance.
With a total surface of 7.758 sq m. for lease, distributed on 9 levels, Ethos House building is developed by Greek businessman Gkotsis Anastasios (also developed or Polona 68 office building).
The building was totally finalized and previous tenants include Venchi, BNP Paribas Cardif Romania or Arval Romania.
